The deal is the same as always and we expect you to expose the best parts of the product or features particular to your needs. Comparing it to other apps in the same line of activity and stating the differences also works. However, you need to make a compelling argument about the benefits or flaws experienced with The Bat!
There aren’t many users willing to pay for an email client because most of these message retrieval tools are free of charge and some of them fulfill more than just the basic needs. The Bat! addresses users in need of efficient management of huge piles of emails quick and easy.
The Bat! sports a set of features only partially matched by similar programs, most of them paid. The particularities of this email client extend to plenty of security options, especially in the Professional edition, but also to extremely flexible ways to auto-respond to a message, through largely customizable templates.
It comes with the ability to send emails with a user-defined delay, automatic backup and support for a bunch of attributes meant to help you organize messages by importance or into groups. Moreover, the extra tool present in the software can help you take care of the tasks in an efficient manner, through the built-in scheduler, calendar, the professional address book or SmartBat editor.
Your chances to win one of the 10 free codes are only as good as your comment. So make your remarks as honest and witty as possible.
You have a week to post your message, until Friday, so that you can also test the program and form a pertinent opinion of it. Don't forget that we need a valid contact email address.
For a full list of the software featured in our giveaway campaign you can check this article on a weekly basis, keep an eye on the weekly giveaway tag or receive the info by following the Softpedia Giveaway Twitter account.
Note: The winners will be picked from the comments section of this article, and will be contacted in 5 days after the giveaway expires. They will have to provide their full name in private (when required) in order to collect their prize. No other information except for your comment and the alias / nickname you provide will appear online.
We urge you to not double post and, most importantly, be original because pasting from different sources on the Internet will get you kicked from the giveaway campaign.

Forget about outlook and thunderbird, this is the REAL tool for e-mails.
Comment #2.1 by: Samps on 02 Jul 2011, 13:28 GMTYeah, I totally agree, outlook and thunderbird
Comment #2.2 by: chrome shine on 02 Jul 2011, 19:41 GMTReally - better than Outlook? How so?
I am using Windows Live Mail. How would The Bat top that one?
Was using Thunderbird + Lightning, but the update of the two trashed the software duo, and it now only works without Calendar (lightning) thus I decided to dump it. Windows Live Mail is a better email client. I will just use Sunbird for Calendar - old one works fine.
If buying an email software, I am thinking PocoMail or go all the way and get Outlook.
Anyone tried eM Client yet?
Have used Pegasus, and it was OK, but no easy importing of address book and setting up account. Becky was OK, but nothing worth paying for. Calypso is no longer dancin'.
Webmail has improved so, it is a good alternative -- I use both an email client and the Web service.

The Bat is THE BEST e-mail client for Windows. Ever possessed a license from the computer magazine, but unfortunately expired. I want to win, but if you get it? Who knows, maybe I'll be this lucky. By the way I greet the crew Softpedia.

Best email client for Windows. Very configurable and intuitive. One word best, from what I had the opportunity to use.

I remember my childhood. When I wanted to contact somebody, I wrote letters on the sheet of paper and then sent by postal mail. and these letters took so much time to get its destination. Or I remember also when I waited for the letters from my relatives. Many days passed by, and my letter was nowhere. And after many , many days it came to me. It was great happiness to me to read them.
Now in the 21st century everything has changed!!! Internet is a great revolution in the development of mankind . Now I can send letters in seconds. Internet mails are very great things. Now I can contact my relatives not once in a month, but also every second, or whenever I want. This great program, where I can save not only one email account, but also as many as I want is really great. Thank you for this amazing offer.
PS sorry for my English.

The best email client, which I had the opportunity to use. Fully customizable and intuitive. When it forgets about the existence of Outlook or Thunderbird. This program is unrivaled in its class. Would be nice to have on his license. Greetings to all readers and service crew Softpedia.

Hello!
I had the pleasure to use version of The Bat! Hiome Edition and client Thunderbird.
The Bat! is very much a powerful email client. A multitude of advanced configuration options makes this program for the most demanding.
The application has an incredible configurability of virtually every aspect of its operation. You may initially get lost in a syntax that is used to configure an email (our model) to facilitate answering. So when we respond to businesses and e-mails, otherwise it will look like our email and for the family differently. Initially I had problems with the exact skonigurowaniem mailboxes, because it has several addresses on various portals. The program has no Antispam plug-in itself, you need to install. In my opinion the best feature of this program is, is that one can arbitrarily set the main application window and that one can freely modify the e-mail, depending on odo recipient to whom it is directed.
Thunderbird is known that in itself has implemented one of the best spam filters and it is free. I had trouble with the setup of accounts, because the application is not so intuitive Byala. By the way I used to use RSS feeds. Sometimes I hung program. But I was also pleased with the application. But probably the biggest flaw of this program is its slow operation.
In general, both programs are very good, but are targeted to different audiences.

One of my favorite email clients. Its light weight, very configurable, and allows the use of plugins (spam, antivirus, etc. which also gives credence to the high configurability.
Right now I use EmClient just because its the closest free alternative to The Bat. One thing it doesnt have though is the plugins which I was it did. EmClient is still pretty buggy as well compared to The Bat.

At present I am working with free software - Koma Mail. Strong program, but there is a configuration issue on Google Mail. On TheBat! heard only good reviews. Of course I would like to work with a professional program. Thanks for the giveaway!

I used to test the bat though the time period was too limited to draw a conclusion. I would like another chance to try it but for a longer period of time.

In need something easy and smart that the brain can handle then The Bat is the answer as Multi-Thread email application and can replace Outlook very elegantly. Automatic responder feature is very handy in batch mode. The Bat is also protected against malwares that are spread by emails such as trojans and email-worm Win32.Majistr. B. The Bat also support plugins such as TBClamWin plugin for The Bat will scan the email for any treat thus ensuring safety. To make personal email templates there is UMX plugin.

This is the real masterpiece and pride, created by Ritlabs.
The Bat! has been on the top of email clients since I don't remember when- to be precise since 1996.
I do hope it will stay with us for a huge period of time.

Since most e-mail clients do tend to drive ME a bit "batty" anyway, from what I've read so far on "The Bat's" features, it seems to me like it might actually be a very useful tool in handling all the B.S., (as in bat you know what) that I, like most people do receive on a daily basis! Seriously though, if the features such as auto backup, grouping by importance and etc, etc are as good as the article makes them seem, then "The Bat" just might be a very useful tool for me indeed!!!!

I use multiple email accounts, and only the program groups them nicely. It is easy to use and yet so practical.
And secondly, I like bats.
Can I ask for a professional version, as this corresponds to my needs?

I remember The Bat since the early years I came to use the internet and e-mail... I forgot about it until now... I didn?t imagine that they are still in the market... mea culpa... bad marketing and advertising plan perhaps... or was my ignorance, as I?m using Outlook and Gmail. If I will get a free license I promise that I will give it a try, honestly!
